The client, Steelwind Nordenham \u2013 DH Projekt GmbH, plans to create a quay for heavy loads on the left bank of the Weser in Nordenham-Blexen as part of the development of a monopile offshore foundation manufacturing site.
\nThe project \u201cSteelwind quay for heavy loads\u201d comprises:
\nQuay complex: Construction of a quay complex able to bear heavy loads, with a length of approx.\u00a0200 m plus an adjacent side wall
\nConstruction of a mooring dolphin with an access jetty
\nBackfilling of the quay structure, including soil and ground improvement work
\nCreation of an edge embankment with a revetment
\nCreation of a reinforced concrete angled retaining wall in the terrain
\nCreation of the necessary water depth for the mooring berth by dredging<\/p>\n

Quay areas:
\nCreation of the drainage system for the quay area incl. rainwater retention basin
\nCreation of the paved surface, including heavy duty drain channels
\nCreation of an empty conduit system<\/p>\n
