Foreman for Marine and Civil Engineering Projects

With us, you will not be working on standard projects. You will become part of specialized marine and civil engineering projects across Scandinavia — ranging from ports and bridges to shore-to-ship facilities and maritime structures.
At Depenbrock Scandinavia, we are looking for a dedicated foreman who thrives on-site and is motivated by responsibility, teamwork, and exciting technical challenges throughout Scandinavia.
What will you be doing?
- Managing the daily operations on marine and civil engineering projects
- Leading your own crews and coordinating cooperation with subcontractors
- Ensuring quality, progress, and a safe working environment on site
- Planning resources, equipment, and materials together with project management
- Participating in construction meetings and acting as the link between production and management
- Contributing with solutions and maintaining overview — even when the pace is high
Who are you?
- You have experience as a foreman within civil engineering, foundations, or marine construction
- You are the type of person who leads from the front and creates positive energy around you
- You work in a structured manner and take responsibility for both quality and safety
- You are able to maintain an overview while having a good dialogue with colleagues and business partners
- You hold a category B driving licence — preferably BE as well
- You are ready for a dynamic workday with exciting projects and great variation
